Gasoline Inc hail from Perth Western Australia, but are now based in Melbourne.
This cutting edge rock band brings massive universal appeal with their strong, insatiable melodies and hook lines, underpinned by well crafted songwriting derived from a wide range of rock and pop influences.
Gasoline Inc have cut their teeth playing the pubs and clubs circuit in Australia, experience that has served them well in developing an incredibly energetic and entertaining live show, that highlights their musical diversity and skilled musicianship.
Their 2010 hit ‘SUPERSTAR’ was picked up by the Australian TEN Television network and used as the backdrop track for weekly TV sporting highlights and gained the band immense credibility.
Charismatic front man Gabriel O'Brien cuts a distinctive and powerful vocal and exudes a highly magnetic stage presence that has already been compared to the likes of Hutchence, Jagger and Bono. The guitar prowess of long time co-writer Matt Sofoulis is edgy yet melodic and tasteful. Jason Millar's dynamic bass playing and experience as a studio producer/engineer make him an invaluable contributor during the songwriting process whilst drummer, Leslie Stuart, sets the pace with his driving beats and rhythms. Each band member is a capable singer in their own right which allows for multiple-part vocal harmonies and provides greater depth to their live sound.
The band‘s live show is entertaining, at times bordering on theatrical - eye candy for the girls and pure inspirational rock for the boys. The band’s repertoire is distinct, unique, from high energy rock to pure ballad; from dance floor energy to anthemic and spine tingling.

Guitarist Matt Sofoulis is often credited with 'holding the band together'. Matt's guitar playing is a melting pot of funk, blues, rock'n'roll and heavy metal, and his impressive playing range is complimented by his equally impressive vocal range and power.

Charismatic frontman Gabriel O'Brien, uses his strong stage presence to engage the audience. Combining his lively stage movements with a versatile vocal range and powerful delivery, Gabriel's electric energy will have a crowd buzzing within seconds.
jase millar
Bass player and producer Jason Millar brings years of experience as a live musician and studio engineer. Jason joined Gasoline Inc after producing their debut EP. His professionalism and ability to steer a song shows in his dynamic playing and poised stage presence.
les stuart
Drummer Les Stuart provides the underlying pulse that draws you into each song. An accomplished musician, his versatile drumming allows him to play to different genres outside conventional rock. Les plays with a great deal of emotion and feel, sub-consciously capturing the audience and supplying the heartbeat for the entire crowd.
